I work with individuals, teams and business to ensure communication is aligned to the brand and culture they wish to create.
My background places me in numerous global advertising agencies, to one of the worlds top 20 retailers and now working with NZ small to medium operated businesses. I’ve learnt throughout my career that a brand extends much further than simply a logo and a website. Often the people, the culture and the very reason a brand or company exists (stories) plays the bigger and more impactful part in communication.
Relocating from Australia, most recently Sydney I now live in Hawke's Bay and founded WILLERSDORF BRAND CONSULTING.
My strength is in observing how a brand is perceived – the best place to begin is with the business culture. I meet with, listen to and understand if and how teams or owners are connecting – the human side of branding from inside to out. I look for both opportunities and blind spots; two areas when discovered have the ability to unlock a brand or companies full potential.
My passion is the power of behaviour (body language) and language (words, terms and tone). Rarely does a person’s body language match their verbal language.
The key to unlock this can be the simplicity of a story or storytelling.
